• We create calendar events only when you explicitly request a video consultation
• Events are created in your own Google Calendar
• We do not read, modify, or delete your existing calendar data
• Google Meet links are used solely for government-citizen consultations
• We do not share your calendar data with third parties

Your data is stored on secure government servers and protected using:
